With an arena which can hold up to 8,500 people and a range of bespoke packages available to help with arrangements including marketing your event, providing the right technical equipment and catering, all of your needs will be taken care of.

AECC’s in-house Team can provide you with planning, implementation and administrative support. This leaves you free to concentrate on compiling and delivering a high quality programme to delegates.

AECC is the perfect venue: 2000m² of modular shell scheme in-house, and a team of experts who can handle everything from floor planning and design to exhibition build.   At the AECC we pride ourselves on professionalism, while offering our knowledge and experience as part of the package.

The online shop is another great way for exhibitors to order everything they need for your event. Once confirmed, exhibitors can purchase additional furniture, electrics and on-stand catering through the AECC shop, freeing up your time to concentrate on other arrangements.

AECC’s  “One Stop Shop” approach makes planning an event much easier for you. A dedicated Event Manager will co-ordinate and manage the exhibition from shell packages, carpeting and any additional furniture exhibitors may require. Not only is your work made easier but you are also cutting down on your carbon footprint by using the AECC’s in-house Exhibition Team.

 Audio visual and IT

 AECC’s in-house AV and IT Team is a quality and cost-effective choice for your audio visual and IT requirements.  The Team know the Venue, and the latest technologies, inside out. 

There is a wide range of equipment onsite as well as offering a skilled technical team to help support you during the event. 


AECC has its own in-house Catering Team. The passionate Team of chefs provide quality cuisine for every event. From an informal buffet for four colleagues to a five-course banquet for 1,400 guests, AECC can do it all! All AECC’s catering is prepared in-house and on-site which is a unique offering for a UK Conference Centre. Using the best local produce guarantees the highest quality and means AECC can respond quickly to any last minute changes.
