Durn house is an elegant grade B listed 18th Century Georgian Mansion House offering very high quality accommodation along the Banffshire Coast, North East Scotland.
Set in its own grounds on a quiet country road, and by a small stream, Durn House is within easy strolling distance of Portsoy Village, an historic Scottish Fishing Village with its famous 17th Century harbour and coastal views.

The Eden Room
The Eden Room is a particularly striking room at Durn House.
The Eden Room makes the ideal setting for Afternoon Teas, private functions such as baby showers, birthday parties, funeral teas and wedding receptions.
In the Eden room, there is an original Georgian stone fireplace, original sash and a trio of Palladian style windows, original glass window panes, original wood panelling, doors and brass door handles.
The wallpaper is Adam’s Eden, by Adam Calkin, and was chosen as it is similar design of other 1770 country house wallpapers - although Adam’s Eden has a delightful modern twist.
