The Gordon Highlanders Museum is an award winning, 5-star visitor attraction located in Aberdeen’s West End.

Ranging from Full Day and 1/2 Day conferences & meetings, group visits and events including business breakfasts, drinks receptions, whisky tastings and BBQs, the Museum can also offer a wide range of catering options from tea, coffee & shortbread and hot/cold buffets through to funeral teas and two course lunches/suppers.

Conference Rooms

The Sir Jack Hayward Room

The Sir Jack Hayward Room is the Museum's largest conference room, where striking portraits of great Gordon Highlanders and the beautiful arched window create an outstanding setting for your event.

Equipped with exclusive free wi-fi access, HD data projector, large projection screen, laptop (available on request), flipcharts and stationery, The Sir Jack Hayward Room has everything you need for conferences and events for up to 70 delegates.

Additional rooms can be provided subject to availability.

The Sir Jack Hayward Room is available to book all year round and can accommodate a range of different layouts and delegate numbers to suit your requirements

The Major Robert Luff Room

The Major Robert Luff Room is a wonderfully distinctive World War 1 themed room for up to 12 delegates (depending upon room layout). It is ideal for the delivery of training and presentations, holding meetings or for use as a break-out space. Equipped with the latest audio visual presentation facilities the Major Luff Room is available to book all year round on Thursdays and Fridays.

The Reid Room

The Reid Room is our most intimate room, seating up to 8 delegates comfortably. Fully equipped with Hi-Definition screen, laptop (available on request), flipcharts and stationary, The Reid Room is prefect for those smaller meetings or presentations.
